We'll research and craft a high-converting job description to attract the right talent for your role. This is an important but often overlooked aspect of the process. Getting this right makes the rest of the process easier.

3. Sourcing & Vetting.

Our team will headhunt candidates for your role. During this phase we will review between 1000+ candidates and process them through a list of quality checks, to isolate the top 1% for your role.

4. Recommendations.

We present you with a shortlist of 2-5 candidates for your role. You will receive a detailed profile of each candidate to evaluate.

From here, we will decide together which candidates to proceed with.

5. Aptitude Testing.

To further evaluate and test the selected candidates we may design an aptitude test intended to test their ability to excel in the role.

These tests can further expose their communication, organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.

6. Final Interview.

The final step in the process is for you to interview the candidates that successfully completed the aptitude test, and decide on a winner.
We'll facilitate the offer process, including coordinating remuneration negotiation and make sure everything's set for onboarding.
