Frequently asked questions
How long does the process take?
It depends on the role, but we generally present candidates within 3-4 weeks, and wrap up within 6 weeks.
How do you charge? What's your fee?
Fixed fee only. Our placement fee is calculated as = 3 months of the successful candidate's remuneration. No ongoing fees.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We offer a 90 day guarantee, so if for the engagement doesn't work out, we'll replace your hire for free.
Do you have a contract I can use?
We can provide a contract template that you can use to customise to your needs (which is the same that we use for our own team).
Who manages onboarding of the hire?
You will manage the onboarding of your own hires, however we can provide support in terms of preparing a 90-day onboarding plan for your new hire.
Do we work directly with our hire?
Yes, that's right! You'll work directly with your hire and you'll pay them directly to their PH bank account via Wise or your preferred FX payment platform.
